Dear valued partner,

As a local mid-sized business owner, I know how challenging and stressful daily life can be.  I know how many different things cross your desk in a single day and I know how any hole in your staff can send ripples through your organization and will eventually result in more stress for you because I have lived these things.

I have seen, first hand, how the vendor/client relationship can remove stress and add to any company’s overall productivity.  And, unfortunately, I’ve experienced a few relationships with my vendors that have been a drain on me, as well as my organization.

When I took this business over in early 2015 I promised myself that I would do everything in my power to become a vendor that removes as much stress as possible from the clients who have trusted my team with the important role of representing their interests in the labor market.

In the months since, I have sought out like-minded individuals who share my view of what it means to be a “key vendor,” and what is required to achieve that status.  I firmly believe the group of people I have assembled at TPI is ready to play that all too important role as a stress reliever.  I hope you will grant us an opportunity to prove it.

Warmest regards,

Scott Ryan

Director of Information Systems

Hello, I’m Rich…. well, not just yet and probably never!

I oversee the IT/Technical needs as well as a few other things. It is my job to adapt our systems to the needs of our staff and to the technological changes that seem to change every day.

I have been a member of the team for 20 plus years now and just when I think I have seen it all.

I was born and raised in New Hampshire and love everything about it (except winter).
