Customer Service Rep.

A well-known Southern New Hampshire manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Rep.

This full-time position is responsible for assisting a medical manufacturing facility with customer service duties.

Duties Include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Directing calls to the correct department
  • Assisting with data entry
  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be detail-oriented and well organized
  • Must have good verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Must be willing to work overtime upon request

Pay Rate:

  • Competitive starting pay based on experience


  • 1st Shift | Mon-Fri | 9:30am-6:00pm
