How do I apply for a job?

The first thing is finding the job that you are interested in applying for! We have many open positions and you can always view our open listings anytime online by clicking here to SEARCH FOR JOBS. You will be asked to answer a few simple questions so we can contact you about the position.

You can also fill out a complete EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION. Once the application is complete, you will interview with a recruiter. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what skills you have, relevant work experience, and what you are looking for in your next position.

TPI Staffing works hard at placing you in the perfect position. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of your interview process.

How much will this cost me?

You will never pay for any of the services offered with TPI Staffing.

How soon can I start working?

It depends on the positions we have that fit your skills. In many cases, a job offer comes very quickly. If you have challenges in your work history it may take a little longer. Rest assured, we are working for you. We work with all employment histories and backgrounds.

What if I don’t like the assignment I am on?

Hey…not every job is right for every person. We work very hard to place you in a position you will enjoy but if you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact your recruiter immediately. ¬†You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We will then find you a new assignment.

Do I need a car?

Reliable transportation is required. This can be your personal car, a reliable ride to work or public transportation. Attendance is important.

How often should I contact your office after an interview?

If you are not on assignment, TPI Staffing asks that you check in with your recruiter at least once a week to let us know of your availability.
