What is the process for finding employees?

We will gather information about your company, job opening(s) and hiring requirements; we will then provide you with account set-up information “next steps” to making a successful placement.
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately after speaking with you. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of your position, we are able to send only the most qualified applicants for your openings.
What kind of jobs do you fill?
TPI Staffing has been filling positions for employers since 1987 and is a full-service staffing company offering temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire or permanent placements. We specialize in entry level, professional and any position in between office/administrative, customer service, light industrial, specialty manufacturing and technical.
How long will it take to fill the opening(s) in our company?
The timeframe for making a successful placement may vary based on the position requirements and our current candidate availability. We likely have candidates readily available that match your company’s specific needs though we may need to post the position and recruit for additional applicants.

Bottom line, our goal is to fill your positions as quickly as possible and are able to fill some positions within a matter of minutes; other positions could take longer depending on the qualifications requested.
What if I am not satisfied with an employee?
We try very hard to always place the perfect candidate for your position. With that said we realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we will work with you to replace them if needed.
Our temp-to-hire option provides an excellent opportunity for you to work with our field employee(s) during a trial period. This allows you time to determine if they are the right fit for your organization before committing to hiring them permanently. We also offer direct-hire placement services with a guarantee that varies based on the contract for each client.
Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?
By using TPI Staffing the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them, and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll. We cover workers compensation and unemployment costs as well as taking away the stress of recruiting and sorting through applicants for the ones who are qualified.
Who handles payroll taxes, insurance coverage, worker’s comp or unemployment claims?
TPI Staffing is the Employer and, as such, we are required to withhold all proper State and Federal taxes and provide comprehensive insurance protection, including Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment benefits.
